Replacement mains cable

Hello,

I received a replacement main box this afternoon and stupidly allowed the dpd guy to take away the old box and the new connectors.

sadly the mains connection is different on the new box

i can't see an easy way to get 'just the cable' sent out.

Can anyone help?

You'll need to ring Sky to get that sorted out as we're just fellow customers on here.

It's the problem of there being different versions of Q box in circulation - some of which have different styles of power connector and Sky don't specify which one you'll get.

Hi @Mister+JC Depending on the new box, is it a special connector or a standard C7 (figure of eight). If it is a standard C7 then they are available to buy everywhere. If it is a special connector then you need to contact Sky. They will send you a new box complete with power cable. They do not send out power cables/adaptors on their own.

It's the new one with the 'special' multi pin connector.
