      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My sky q box works fine - except it does not display any thumbnails for recordings, on demand, catch up etc.&amp;nbsp; Apps strangley displays the thumbnail for Netflix but nothing else.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For info I have my Sky Q box with a wired connection to an eero router, which is wired to the sky modem.&amp;nbsp; I have gigabit broadband from sky.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Mine has started doing the same thing and rebooting the Q box only works once, I'm fed up with having to repeat the process. &amp;nbsp; This evening rebooting twice hasn't fixed it. &amp;nbsp;I guess the box is knackered but how to convince the sky service without getting sent round the doom loop of rebooting. Any ideas anyone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Many thanks for that, it didn't seem logical 'cos the &amp;nbsp;streaming &amp;nbsp;apps still played, but it has worked, by rebooting both the Q box and my home router. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;One knock-on effect is that a second tv (upstairs on a mini box ) then needed its mini box &amp;nbsp;rebooting before I could watch tv, even though it was working fine yesterday. &amp;nbsp;Fingers crossed when I go back downstairs tomorrow that the main Q box remembers to behave!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks again&lt;/P&gt;</description>
