BBC One CI HD not available

Since the “upgrade” BBC One CI HD has not been available, only a screen message "No satellite signal". I have restarted the box several times but it does not work. All of the other Regional BBC One HD channels are available.

Are you able to receive these channels:

BBC Scotland HD (187)

BBC One West HD (960)

BBC One South West HD (962)

BBC Red Button HD (970)

They are on the same transponder as BBC One Channel Islands HD.

If they aren't working you will need an engineer visit as there's likely to be a dish alignment problem.
