      <title>Sky Q box not working properly</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My sky Q box doesn't appear to be working, keeps dropping and freezing. Have switch off and on at wall several times. Recordings not working. I've had the sky Q box a few years now - feels like I might need a new one. Often seeing the message at top of screen 'there is a technical fault with this channel...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Probably time to give Sky a call and get an engineer out who may eventually replace the box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
