    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Every time I turn my TV on the sky mini box doesn't connect and I get the message "check device power" on my TV. If I then turn off the mini box and back on, after some time it then connects and appears. This now happens every time so I think the box is faulty.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Assume you are putting your mini into Standby when not in use?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;First step would then be to turn on the mini.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have HDMI Cec control turned on in the mini settings and also the TV settings then the TV should come on when you switch on the mini from Standby.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately HDMI control does not switch the TV off and both TV and Mini need switching into standby separately.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
