How do you make Channel 101 my local channel, we have just moved 10 miles where we had but now we get BBC london when we are in the west country

Hi @FAY705 You have no control on your local region, this should be determined by your postcode. If it is not correct then only Sky can change it for you. You will need to contact Sky.

It's based totally on your postcode so is that correct? Also, when there is an issue at a particular local BBC studio for local news such as a fire alarm, the BBC will move customers temporarily to another unaffected broadcast.

As a workaround you can find all the BBC local channels in the guide around 951 onwards - you can also add the one you want to your favourites
