Hi I have the sky Q box and I'm have a lot of problems

Screen goes blank, keep getting red light , will not change channels when it does all I get is sound for 30 seconds no picture, keeps freezing have to keep rebooting the box works ok for about hour then it goes back to how it was . Don't record .if I can watch a series I have to download every episode . Any help with these issues
