Hi @Destiny2007 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

Try running through the set up steps:

Setting up Sky Q | Sky Help | Sky.com

It's possible the network settings are somehow incorrect.

My Wi-Fi keep dropping and switching off on my phone and sky q it's got all 4 green lights but keeps disconnecting from everything or running really slow
