Not sure why you're asking but unless it's unsafe or otherwise not fit for purpose Sky won't change it.

Sky probably has a record of the first time a subscription was ordered at the address (which would generally be when a dish dates back to), but unless it was yourself who was the subscriber then they don't have to tell you.
