Sky Q Not recording in HD

My Sky Q box is not recording in HD at all times. This happens on various different channels. The show is broadcast in HD but when I play the recording it's SD. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi @RossFarrel

Are you referring to recordings made specifically from the TV channels via the TV Guide or are you referring to Catch up / other downloads that you have initiated

If it is downloads then check your download preference
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

@RossFarrel Are you sure that you are setting up the recording on the HD version of the channel?

It's recordings on series links usually. Happens with various channels but not all.
