    <description>&lt;P&gt;Connected new multi box and went through numerous times on resetting original Sky Q box and Sky router. Still comes up that I have no subscription for it despite it showing on my bill. I have previously had a multi box and know how it works. Can never get through to Technical Helpdesk / sent me this link basically saying try sort it yourself. Poor customer service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
