Can not connect to BT broadband

No matter how I try I can not connect the Sky box to my BT broadband which is otherwise functioning fine. Any hints please?

Hi @Jools-tools

Assume you are referring to the main Q box.

Have you correctly carried out a Network reset on the Q box.

Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router.
As you are on 3rd party (non Sky ) broadband then you need to enter the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz WiFi band..

Is Ethernet connection to your router possible?

Thanks Oldfella I'll try the re set again more carefully. I could go ethernet but not very practical.
