    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I've had a problem with the Sky TV saying, 'it looks like you do not have internet connection right now'...etc., but Wi-Fi is on fine, just home page won't come up, so I can't access apps, or anything on homepage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive turned everything off a few times, waited a few hours, same message keeps coming up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can watch TV channels though-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any solutions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Try a Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network. &lt;BR /&gt;Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router.&lt;BR /&gt;If you are on Sky broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.&lt;BR /&gt;if you are on 3rd party (non Sky ) broadband then you need to enter the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz WiFi band.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've done the reset, a few times now. It just keeps saying no internet connection, even though I have one and our devices are all connected, only sky tv homepage not working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
