im due a Sky delivery today, but I'm in Hospital in Chester.

I have been in Hospital for 4 1/2 weeks.

Hi @Miss+J+Naden You need to tell Sky. I'm afraid that this is a community of customers, and not Sky customer services. Sky will not know that you are not in on the back of a public forum post.

Unfortunately we are just other customers here.

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP adress' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
