&lt;P&gt;Try resetting your remote.&lt;BR /&gt;Press the buttons 7 &amp;amp; 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.&lt;BR /&gt;Then press 1 &amp;amp; 3 together until the led flashes twice then follow onscreen instructions to repair the remote.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;for your mini box problem&amp;nbsp;tryrebooting your main Q box ie &lt;BR /&gt;putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds &lt;BR /&gt;switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;then&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;rebooting your mini box&lt;/P&gt;
