@Chineze If this is a Sky Q box you should have gotten a card when you ordered Sky Q.

Can you confirm where the box came from?

When you first order Sky Q a viewing card is posted out to you to hopefully arrive before the engineer brings your Sky Q box and sets it up. If it hasn't arrived the engineer should have a spare.

If it's a replacement box that you've swapped on the doorstep you should have kept the card from your faulty box.

If you've acquired the box elsewhere it's basically stolen property you've bought.
