&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Wait at least 30s&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Then re-apply the power &amp;amp; wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Sky Q box no longer supports HDR streaming</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, for some reason my Sky Q box will no longer allow HDR playback.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When selecting an HDR download that I've watched many times before, I now get a screen notification saying "this content cannot be played on this device" see photo attached.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing has changed to my setup or my contract to cause this change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone offer any advice? &amp;nbsp;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="image.jpg" style="width: 4032px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/91527i7CD438184FC37D72/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="image.jpg" alt="image.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
