&lt;P&gt;It stays like that for avout 10 minutes then the screen goes blank/black.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ive tried turning it off at the mains and back on again but nothing happens apart from a blue flashing Q and a red light.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ive pressed the standby button again as instructed (if it gets stuck on update 1 of 2) and it jist goes though the same cycle again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can hear the HD whiring away but diddle squat is happening.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;HELP PLEASE (I'm now 8 weeks without sky tv)&lt;/P&gt;
