    <description>&lt;P&gt;So we're now getting the Home Screen up but the Sky controller doesn't seem to be working, we can't scroll down from the Home Screen to tv guide/recordings/ catch up etc&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have a sky Q system and 1 of the boxes isn't working, others working fine&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have unplugged and reconnected as normal&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;screen says ready to go in a couple of minutes&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;get to the push home button when screen goes blank and the the box turns off again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any ideas&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the Q box.&lt;BR /&gt;If this turns the Q box on &lt;BR /&gt;Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.&lt;BR /&gt;Press and hold 7 &amp;amp; 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times. &lt;BR /&gt;Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 &amp;amp; 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
