VIP Apple TV + offer

I redeemed the offer of free Apple TV for six months ages ago and set a calendar reminder to activate it yesterday; one day before the activation deadline.

There is no longer an activation URL on the app, so it seems Sky has removed it. I now have no way of activating the redeemed offer.

Can anyone from Sky please explain why the link was removed before the activation deadline of today?

The offer finished on something like the 7th of June so it was removed then but you do have another month to get it activated so were you sent an email when you claimed it ?

Same happened to me and I can't redeem it.
the VIP system is completely flawed !!!

gutted as there are some great shows on there.

Hi @caesarome . Thanks for replying. I do remember getting a reminder email a couple of weeks ago. Having added activation to my calendar, and naively assuming activation was available on the App, I deleted the mail. Certainly didn't expect that it would be the only way to activate a redeemed offer. Should have checked the app at that point...

As there were two dated periods for using the offer, I had not expected it to be removed at the redemption point.

I assume thats me stuffed then?!

Sorry @caesarome , in answer to your specific question, no I didn't get an email when I redeemed the offer; just an app confirmation.
