Need to change a booked date

I've booked for an engernire to instal another sky q mini box but this can't be until august I thought it was booked for July until I checked the date, can't the box be sent out and I just connect it? I've already got one in my room. If not can an engernire come out quicker?

You'll need to phone Sky to re-schedule this
