      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have sky multi room in 2 rooms, one upstairs, one down.&amp;nbsp; Since we moved to sky fibre the one upstairs keeps on freezing with both live tv and also streaming on things we have recorded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have re-set the box a number of times, we have re-joined the internet and we have disconected it as well but the issue is still there and now we cannot watch any tv upstairs as its just not watchable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else had this or know how to fix it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Abi&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;First try rebooting the main Q box and then when this is completely back up and running reboot the minis&lt;BR /&gt;To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.&lt;BR /&gt;Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.&lt;BR /&gt;Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Reboot the minis as above.&lt;BR /&gt;If the problem mini still does not connect try a Network Reset on the mini.&lt;BR /&gt;Network Reset found in mini Home - Settings - Setup - Network. &lt;BR /&gt;Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to WPS with main Q box.&lt;BR /&gt;You will be asked to press the WPS button on the main Q box (not the mini).&lt;BR /&gt;If the connected mini is nearer to the problem mini than the main box then you can try pressing WPS on the connected mini &amp;nbsp;instead of the main Q box&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can watch Sky content on two minis and the main box at the same time. You may be able to use a 3rd mini box at the same time if you’re using it for one of the apps such as Netflix.&lt;BR /&gt;The original 1TB (non-UHD) Sky Q box only allows one mini to be in use. All 2TBs and the UHD/HDR 1TB permit two mini boxes. Each mini box which is loaned to you may be subject to a one off upfront charge but you only need one Sky Q monthly Multiscreen subscription.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
