My next door neighbour had a fire 10 years ago which unfortunately damaged our dish, cables and phone wires. To my recollection we were not charged by Sky or Openreach for replacements (but that was in 2013).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You need to call Sky and arrange an engineer to install a new dish and the required cables. The normal TV aerial will not be done by Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
