      <title>Part recorded, Software Issue.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Over this week, our Sky Q box is not recording, we either get a message - Part recorded, Software issue or it doesn't record at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When playing a recording, it pixels, jumps and misses parts. The recordings will not fast forward, the bar moves but the picture doesn't. Recordings then&amp;nbsp; take a while to delete.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also when on TV guide selecting a different program the screen goes black for around 10 seconds.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you, we tried the box reset and so far programs are recording okay now, if it happens again we'll try the hard reset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
