&lt;P&gt;If you have connected it to a new TV &amp;amp; getting a 'No Satellite signal' message from the SKY Q box (rather than a No signal from the TV) then in addition to the reboot as suggeted by&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2705889"&gt;@Quoman7&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; check that the satellite cables to the box have not come loose or damaged&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The main sky box has 3 green lights on is connected to my tv there but my bedroom sky Q box keeps disconnecting I have tried to reset it and unplug it but not working not happy bunny&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
