&lt;P&gt;Open the Netflix App on your Q box and go the left hand Netflix menu.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Scroll down to the bottom and then scroll right and select&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Get Help.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On the Next screen there is an option to reload Netflix.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I keep having to restart my sky Q box when I want to watch Netflix. When I open it I get the spinning circle continually.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you, I might not have been clear enough in my original post but I don't even get that far. It just shows the Netflix logo with the circle underneath when I go to open the app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, I can give it a go when I next get into it but I assume it's the same as having to unplug before I can get in. It will refresh the app but I'll have the same issue again next time?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;A reboot will not reload the App the same as the Reload option in the Netflix menu.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
