SKY Mini Box Picture Breakup - HD playback

Hi,

Not sure if anyone can help with this.

I have had a new router, new SKY Q main box and SKY Q Mini box, and the same issue still occurs on the mini box when you playback any programmes recorded from a HD channel.

The picture keeps randomnly breaks up and the sound drops too.

When you watch a HD channel live it is perfect, its when you have recorded a programme the issue occurs.

I have rebooted all boxes and router and the issue still persists but only on the SKY Q mini box.

Could this be something to do with the wifi channel this box is setup too, as I never had a problem when I used to have the old style router, it was just when I got the new style one the issue started to happen.

Can anyone offer any advice?
