      <description>&lt;P&gt;Getting exactly the same message after upgrading to sky cinema, is this another of the issues that needs the back office team/ tech support solving at their end? Sort of like people are having with missing apps, though thankfully the last chat with tech support here solved that particular issue. Anyway, hopefully the supermods get back to us.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Update : partner was on the phone to sky for well over an hour today.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Really lovely lady from the tech team. She tried everything she could think of,&amp;nbsp; but alas paramount+ is still not working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Getting exactly the same screen with the error code as yesterday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was told that sometimes the apps can take time to switch over, so to give it 24 hours and try to launch paramount+ again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So that will be Sunday afternoon , 24 hours since the phone call. (Longer since signing up to the sky cinema and paramount package. )&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If by tomorrow still nothing, call again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Very frustrating when you can't watch what you are paying for &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pensive_face:"&gt;😔&lt;/span&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still hoping for a better result tomorrow.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Getting that error as well and sure Ultra HD is now not working, saying I need to upgrade even though had it for around a few weeks. I do wonder what the issue is with the sky upgrade process or the sky q boxes, something is broken with them... seems&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;not to be able to handle simple changes, keep track of what sky package you have or activate changes like adding Paramount plus once you subscribe to Cinema. Hopefully someone has had some luck.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well we tried waiting the 4 hours and got the message saying its too soon .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So have waited 48 hours though was told to wait 24 hours,kept trying it in between,&amp;nbsp; but to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Couldn't face another call yesterday. Still no paramount +.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will have to call again today.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Called tech support, so there is currently an issue with paramount plus, been going on for a couple of months and nothing can be done, it would be helpful if an official post could be made, result in less help calls and posts.. As regards any issues with it asking for an upgrade, even if you have the package, this is a signal problem between sky back office system and the viewing card/ box. The helpful tech guy was able to send the signals and the issue resolved during the call! Hope this info helps those in this chat and others.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I signed up today and having the exact same issue. Rang Sky who troubleshooted everything and said everything is sorted their end and to wait 24 hours. They also told me to email paramount (which I've done) to see if they can chivvy things along - really not great from Sky so far. If it isn't sorted I'll probably end up cancelling cinema whilst in my cooling off period...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The 24hr wait that they ask you to wait is a load of codswallop. Sky deny all knowledge of any problems yet, on here there are quite a few people stating the same issue. Until I see a resolution then Sky Cinema will be put on hold&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've spoken with Paramount who have diagnosed the problem as Paramount+ not being added to my 'marketplace' which is causing Error 2008 (which incidentally means that a sky package does not allow an add on or is missing an add on - love how Paramount knew that and sky didn't).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now back on hold with Sky who are trying to add paramount to my marketplace and will revert back if I get anywhere again!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
