      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I've had no signal now for about 3 weeks I have an engineer coming out on the 4th July but , I what to find out will I still have to pay because I don't think I should because once they come out on the 4th it's going to be like a month without any tv signal my broadband been working fine&lt;/P&gt;</description>
