Sky Sports Cricket upgrade price £12

I had an email last night offering Sky Cricket for £12 per month. Perfect timing for the Ashes of course.

When I click through to take up the offer it's £15. I thought perhaps there's a typo in the email, but £12 is mentioned a dozen times in the T&Cs.

Of course I can't see any means of contacting Sky to question this without ringing them which apparently means "long wait times".

Is this an error or am I missing something??

Unfortunately the only way to confirm the correct pricing is to call Sky.

I called yesterday and got through to an agent in 5 mins.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
On the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number for Ireland.

Say 'technical' when prompted, stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

If you check the Offers tab on the Community line at the top of the forum it does say £15 (reduced from £18).

If you have an Email from Sky for £12 then all you can do is speak to them directly.
