The online SKY Q box replacement service is not working. I have a faulty hard drive on my box. How can I get it replaced without being on hold for an hour?

Hi @Squad23 and @Mathew90 If you suspect that your SKYQ main boxes have a hard drive problems, you will need to call SKY and talk to an advisor about replacements.

If Sky arrange a doorstep swap don't forget to remove your viewing card before the faulty box disappears.

Seems odd that both of us have had the issue at the same time. Wonder if they have pushed out an update?

There are many millions of main Q boxes in daily use: even a very small (and entirely normal) hard drive failure rate will see boxes in different households having problems simultaneously without any connecting factor.
