Recordings not working

Basically downstairs we can't access our recordings or download anything on our Q box and then upstairs on our mini box we can't watch any channels live.

@D.Pitty Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

do the same with your mini box
