Have a look at the troubleshooting on this link

if that doesn't help you'll need to arrange an engineer to check your dish which may have moved slightly out of alignment.

Have you checked that vegitation growth or tree growth isn't starting to block line on sight of your satellite dish.

If not, best to contact Sky for an Engineer to check your dish
