      <title>Extremely slow downloads</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Took out 500mbps Sky broadband yesterday and it all seems fine on other devices and speed tests are only pretty good. However on the Sky Q downloads it is extremely slow and took 20 mins to download a 4GB film which seems ridiculous. I'm thinking it's because it's connected to 2.4GHz instead of 5GHz. My understanding is that Sky Q boxes only connect via 5GHz if the ISP is Sky so I wasn't expecting any issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Grateful for any help that anyone can provide to sort this for me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We also have this issue with a 550 mbs wireless Virgin connection, taking up to 20 minutes to download a film. &amp;nbsp; This is a real issue and we are considering cancelling the subscription as it is pointless waiting this long to watch a programme. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
