      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah, I've tried powering it off completely and updating the system software. No change. I think I'll end up having to call Sky, I was just looking for a way around having to call them. I'm partially deaf and they seem to have disconnected their live chat.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
