I can watch the standard BT Sport channels, and BT Sport Ultimate but the HD channels show the message 'You don't subscribe to this channel. For upgrade information,view in full screen'

However, I have the correct subscription.

Do you subscribe to BT Through Sky or via BT?

if you subscribe through BT I don't know if BT Ultimate is included. Certainty BT want a monthly charge for HD
If you subscribe to BT Sport through Sky then you can watch on Mini boxes. Also through Sky BT Sport in HD is included.
If you subscribe through BT directly then to receive BT Sport on Minis you need to pay BT’s monthly second box charge. One monthly charge covers all minis. Also to receive BT Sport in HD there is an additional BT monthly charge.

I subscribe through SKY.

I've had the channels working before but they aren't anymore. I can see content on the SD channels and when they broadcast on the UHD channel. 🤷🏼‍♂️
