Good morning,

My Mam currently has Sky Q set up at home but has moved into a care home for a few weeks.

Is it possible for her Sky TV to be transferred into the care home for the period of her stay?

Hi @hughesy987 No unfortunately you can only use your SKYQ equipment at the registered account address.

However you can use the SKY Go app on an ipad, laptop to access your SKY subscription.
