@Mike+525 We are not aware of cards going out of date and likely it was Sky Protect calling to sell insurance rather than Sky itself.

If Sky were replacing cards they wouldn't call but would email and send cards out

They said they would send out a new card and sky was giving me a 22% discount. They also knew some of my details

I agree with @GD1 that scenario is very suspect. Viewing cards don't expire on a certain date.

@Mike+525 As advised we are not aware of new cards being sent out, however Sky can do sales calls if you're not already on discounted deal. Its just the card issue that seems a bit strange.

It's been raised in the closed forum about new cards but likely won't be until Monday before we get a reply from Sky

They knew some of my bank details ie bank . No passwords were asked for. They said I would be entitled to a 22% discount
