Just tried to download a film on UHD, get message Failed download: no subscription, I have previously been able to download in UHD I checked my account all bills paid. Film was Don't worry Darling

Look to get a response from Sky but no email to send message to.

Same here, Don't worry darling not downloading in uhd, can download in HD, other films work fine in UHD

Check in your Account in your Q box (My Sky at the bottom of the Home menu) that the UHD add on is shown in your package.

As I already mentioned I can download other films in uhd it's just don't worry darling that won't download

Just checked here and it's clear that it is an issue at Sky's end and nothing to do with your Q box or Subscription.
