      <title>Sky Q Box - reboot!!!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Every evening sometimes two or three times, our main Sky Q box just shuts down!&lt;BR /&gt;All I can do is unplug it from the back wait 30 seconds then reboot it again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It happens when watching:&lt;BR /&gt;Recordings&lt;BR /&gt;Disney+&lt;BR /&gt;Prime&lt;BR /&gt;Netflixs&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;UHD&lt;BR /&gt;But not when watch standard TV channels.&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried everything....reseting it default settings, clearing the harddrive, going into the hidden menu and doing a facory reset, etc.......but the same things happen!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It also gets really hot too.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SKY PEOPLE please help, I need an engineer, what number do I call?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
