Thanks for the suggestion. I've tried that and have also been talked through restarting Sky Q main box by Customer Service but without success, hence pending Sky engineer visit on 5th July..

Our Sky Q main (and mini) boxes have developed a number of worsening and irritating faults and TV is unwatchable and am now having to wait until 5 July for an engineer having spoken to customer services today.

Sky boxes displays Technical Fault, sometimes sound and no picture, sometimes picture and wrong sound, Home TV Guide does not always display thumbnail images, not all App images display, not all Apps load, Apps crash, iPlayer functionality is illogical (but always was - thanks BBC), programme recording is random with duplicate recording of programmes on different channels or shown later in the week. Netflix seems to work ok if you can navigate to it via the TV Guide. TV pictures freeze and randomly continue if lucky.

...but yes, monthly direct debit at £109 works a treat as does our BT Broadband ...

As a VIP and long-standing Sky customer this is hardly exemplary customer service or value for money.

Hi @jn36 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot, do the same with any mini boxes?
