I'm already a member for Amazon Prime and its not letting me watch anything, I'm very disappointed in this as I'm paying over the top prices already

Are you able to log in to the Prime Video app with your Amazon account credentials? Are you getting any sort of error message?

It keeps saying watch with prime, I click it, then it brings up the QR code box, I then scan it and it told me to update my payments which I have done and yet it keeps telling me to do this, I have no problem with my payments and this is driving me mad

No error messages at all
