Returning sky box

Will sky contact me about returning my box? My subscription with them ends next week as I'm switching providers but they have not contacted me about returning the box.

@Helena27As you have given Sky notice, 31 days, at the end of this Sky should send you packaging and an email giving the date it must be returned by.

KEEP the receipt of posting and if possible the delivery confirmation if there is tracking, this is for when Sky lose the package, Sky say keep proof for 90 days, I would keep it for ever.

While they might not contact you before your subscription ends you do need to return the box and other equipment you have got.

You can use whatever boxes you have if you want as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

As @bob1234 has said keep the proof of posting for ever as there is a chance you will be contacted to say you have not returned it when you already have so should this happen then post back on here as we can arrange some help for you via here.
