Main Q box not giving all channels and mini Q boxes won't connect

So, I have a sky router, main Q box and 3 mini Q boxes that all connect. Or well they use to.

The router works fine and I have internet. But my main Q box comes back on after a reset, it even did a software update which I thought would help, but then it very slowly loads and the TV channels come back BUT i cannot change the channel, if i do the screen goes blank...

Then i try to connect my mini Q boxes - they all reset say connected to Q box and internet yet none work! only the apps as they are via the internet. the channels - no, i either see technical fault, or no satellite connection the error messages take it in turns!

So my main Q box is half working if thats a thing - i seem to get stuck on the channel it boots up in. and my mini Q boxes just won't give any channels. I have turned everything off router, boxes - 5 times now and re started.... and i still have this issue. Send help!
