My sky q box is just showing a black screen

My sky q box is showing a black screen, the box has power I have tried a reset and check all connections and checked for service problems but they are all fine.

Try 'Home 1080 Home' on your remote.

Also, ensure the TV input is selected (via the TV remote if necessary).

Hi @swanny1983

First check that your TV is set to the correct HDMI input for your Q box.

Then with the Q box on with green LED press

Home 1 0 8 0 Home

on your Q remote

Was watching Sky normally earlier, then switched to BT for football. Switched back to Sky & only got blank screen. Have rebooted, checked all connections & have even tried home 1080 home to no avail. Help!

Try changing the HDMI Port that Sky Q is plugged into on the TV and select the correct HDMI Input respectively.
