    <description>&lt;P&gt;So the past 3 days the internet connection has been getting lost on the Sky Q box, now it can't even find the Wi-Fi router....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've reset the box and router many times now. Nothing is working....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the hub is in the same room as the box also, can't connect through Ethernet tho as it won't reach....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any ideas?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you manually entering the SSID &amp;amp; pass phrase or using Wi-Fi protected setup buttons?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Under the Q box's network settings is Virginmedia still showing?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you currently a virginmedia subscriber?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you checked for any broadband outages with VM?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
