topic BBC East programs are stretched in Sky Q

I live in the East of England and I'm finding some BBC 1 programmes are recorded with a black boarder top and bottom of the screen. It's so annoying. Sky were going to send an engineer out but, I cancelled as its an error with the BBC not sky, I don't think as this only happens on some BBC one programs. It's almost like wide screen. Is anyone else

experiencing this?
