Sky box won't work properly and seems to overheat . It's hit or miss whether the programmes will come on or not and when it does sometimes the sound is wrong.

Hi @Clicking+clarke If your main SKYQ box is placed in an enclosed space, you will need to relocate it so that it has enough ventilation?

Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot.

I have tried doing this but I am still having the same problems I have mentioned.
