You aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here. This is mainly a forum where customers help other customers so there’ll be no automatic contact from Sky following your post.

Is your screen displaying no signal or no satellite signal. There is a distinct difference.

If it's showing "No Signal" on your TV, that suggests that you have the wrong HDMI input selected on your TV - try changing this using your TV's remote.
