We are just fellow customers on this forum and cannot action things like returns packaging. Your best bet is to ring Sky directly, or you can use your own packaging and print off a free returns label yourself.

@SuzieB1964 You are requesting packaging & have been advised what you can do by @SlenderRobert . Just wanted to check that you have formally closed your contract with Sky?

Hi, it's ok thank you, I have been guided to where I can print off the label

to return the equipment, thank you for replying

Did you miss my question as to whether you have formally closed your contract with Sky?
